In January 1979 Progressive Measurement & Control was established and was initially formed to market instrumentation to the Steel and Petro Chemical industries and have now expanded to cover all industries with a much wider range of process measuring instrumentation.

Progressive Measurement & Control has grown over the years in expertise and the product range now covers from simple process switches to state-of-the-art sensors and systems for process control.

Consumables, such as recorder charts, pens and pH electrodes are readily available. The more popular varieties are stocked.

Being a BBBEE Certified Company, Progressive Measurement & Control understand the need to uplift the standards of less fortunate persons and, where it is feasible, we practice this policy.

The need for locally produced instrumentation was realized and a manufacturing facility was established to produce a range of process switches and transmitters.
