Sunflex SA was established in 2005 by Charles and Patrick Rostance in partnership with Sunflex, Germany, and are celebrating our 20th year in business this year 2025.
Based in Durban and starting with their superior Sunflex SF25 Frameless Stacking System, Sunflex SA quickly took the local market by storm, facilitating the establishment of approved installers in all major cities in South Africa. In 2009, John Rostance joined Patrick and Charles, and shortly afterward, they opened a Sunflex branch in Cape Town. Patrick and John now head up the Sunflex SA operation, driving the company’s growth and success across the country.
The Sunflex brand is synonymous with exceptional quality and all working components are produced by Sunflex Germany. The aluminium profiles are now extruded locally, with all manufacturing taking place at our head office in Durban, KZN. These systems are then distributed throughout the country through our reliable network. This partnership allows Sunflex SA to provide systems of the highest European standard while offering reduced lead times and highly competitive pricing.”
