MD Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Ltd is a Professional Quantity Surveying practice situated in Klerksdorp, North West. We started in February 2021 and went from strength to strength with a dynamic young approach, with many years of experience obtained from international and national firms through the years.

As a practice, MD Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Ltd has undertaken a wide variety of projects in both the traditional building industry and the heavy engineering industry. Once MD Quantity Surveyor (Pty) Ltd has been appointed, we would follow a mobilization programme as follows:

Familiarize ourselves with all key personnel from the client body and consultants;
Appoint a senior person to take charge of the project on a full-time basis;
Allocate senior, suitable professional quantity surveyors to the various disciplines;
Design the estimating formats most suitable to the project and adaptable to the Client’s methods and preferences;
Design the framework and detail of the most effective cost monitoring system including formats of report documentation;
Establish communication and reporting channels with the Client and related role players;
Appoint and establish the complete MD Quantity Surveyors team for the labor-intensive production of procurement documentation;
Confirm and establish a project team for the administration phase of the development.
