Founded in February 1991 by R.K. Holloway and P. Newton, Qualitec Engineering began with a focus on designing and manufacturing load cells to measure rock forces in underground mining.
Today, Qualitec Engineering not only manufactures machines for its clients but also designs its own equipment, specializing in automation across various sectors. Qualitec Engineering has an ISO 9001 2015 accreditation, with a BBBEE Level four status.
We tend to be involved with one-off or low-volume projects, alongside development and R&D endeavors where we pay close attention to detail and machine functionality.
Whenever possible, we handle everything from machining, fabrication, welding, designing, and assembling under one roof. We take pride in our products, aiming to turn our workmanship, quality, and expertise into a brand recognized throughout the country.
